Justin and I got a chance to get away to Glenwood Springs, CO for a night. It was so great! It's hard to remember the last time we did something like this. We ate dinner at a nice place down town and had the biggest shrimp I've seen =-) We walked around that night and ended up having a margarita at a Mexican restaurant on the way back to our hotel. The next day we woke up and hiked up Grizzly Bear trail near Glenwood. We wanted to do Hanging lake but it was closed. It was gorgeous. We had a great time, just being together and enjoying the great outdoors. We took our time coming home, stopping in Vail and Blackhawk on the way home. I had $2 in my purse so I thought I'd try my luck... on the second pull I made $83! Not bad. It was an awesome trip. Must do again soon!

We had a BBQ on memorial day with my girls that I play VB with and their husbands & kiddos. It was such a great time. I love these girls so much. It never fails to amaze me how you can meet people you feel like you have known your whole life.
We grilled out, and this momma made some pretty good margs. =-)
There is nothing like perfect weather, great people and awesome food.
Kaida was content playing in the sandbox all day. She didn't even move! She just loves filling up her truck and patting the sand. MWAH, love you baby.

You look so pretty hiking! And that Kaida can not get prettier!! She is so adorable...love that girl! And those margs WERE good!!! I want more!
